| Abundant Life Church's current facility often floods, and children have nowhere to play. |

This mission in
Montego Bay, Jamaica, has continued constructing Phase 1 of Abundant
Life Church's new facility.
Leaders Carriel
and Donna Graham report steady progress, though it has been delayed
due to constant rains and the economy's downturn, which limits
money coming in for the project. "The high interest rate of 22%
prohibits us from borrowing from banks."
The Grahams praise God that the
new building is about 80% completed. All the interior walls and
ceiling have been plastered, and the first coat of paint added. All
the windows are installed, pipes laid for the bathrooms, and bathroom
fixtures purchased.

The church still needs to buy and lay
tiles on the floors, connect the plumbing to the septic system, and
do electrical wiring. "The driveway and parking area need to be
cleared and graded to a usable condition, and the front perimeter
wall and gate erected."
"The Lord has opened many doors of
ministry for us," Carriel wrote. "Several churches have invited
us to conduct Family Life and Music Seminars for their members. Many
marriages have been transformed, and there is now a new understanding
of the purpose and power of praise and worship."
"Donna is doing well," Carriel
wrote. "The doctor was pleased with her progress. She is
still on her daily medication, and will go in for some routine tests
in Jan. (bone scan, CAT scan, and blood tests)." Arielle attends
Community College, and plans to go to University in fall 2010 to
study medicine. Brielle spent the semester in Japan on a study
abroad program and was home for Christmas.
